Apple Turnover
Question: "What do you use for your apple turnover?"
Answer: We use apples. Hawkes Bay grown apples that we peel, chop up, season and cook. No nasties inside, no chemical stuff, just plain old apples, butter and spices!
Question: "What about your pastry? Where do you buy it?"
Answer: We don't. We make it. We actually make all our pastry. And guess what? We use only natural ingredients, such as copious amounts of butter, flour, water (or milk), and sea salt.
